Annex 1 Mandatory Conditions
Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol
1 No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:-
a at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence,
or
b at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
2 Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Annex 2 Conditions consistent with Operating Schedule
1. The licence holder shall ensure that all members of staff have initial in house training in respect of Asda procedures which includes liquor licensing.
2. The licence holder shall ensure that all checkout operators and their team trainers have additional training in the sale of alcohol.
Prevention of Crime and Disorder
3. The licence holder shall ensure that internal and external CCTV cameras are retained in working order.
4. The licence holder shall ensure all CCTV footage is retained for a period of time satisfactory to the Police.
5. The licence holder shall ensure that CCTV coverage to external areas and car park is designed to deter antisocial behaviour.
Public Safety

Prevention of Public Nuisance
None.
Protection of Children from Harm
6. The licence holder shall ensure that proof of age is required from any person appearing under the age of 18 years if age.
7. The licence holder shall ensure that there is a till prompt for age restricted products.
8. The licence holder shall ensure that if appropriate proof of age is not supplied no sale of alcohol shall take place.
