Annex 1 - Mandatory Conditions
1 No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence
a) At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
b) At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
2 Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with Operating Schedule
Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1 The licence holder shall ensure that that all staff involved in the sale of alcohol receive training on customer relations, and in particular how to deal with abusive/violent customers.
2 The licence holder shall ensure that CCTV is installed and maintained at the premises.
3 The licence holder shall be a member of Rotherham Licence Watch.
Public Safety
4 The licence holder shall ensure that there is regular testing and certification of fire fighting equipment and systems pertinent to safety.
5 The licence holder shall ensure that all fire exits are clearly sign posted and there is a first aid box on the premises.
Prevention of Public Nuisance
6 The licence holder shall ensure that litter bins are available outside the premise.
7 The licence holder shall ensure that regular checks are made to remove any litter in the immediate vicinity of the premises.
8 The licence holder shall ensure that all customers respect the need to arrive and leave the premises quietly.
Protection of Children from Harm
9 The licence holder shall operate the ‘Challenge 21’ proof of age scheme.
