Annex 1 Mandatory Conditions
Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol
1 No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:-
a at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence,
or
b at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
2 Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
3 The restrictions on the hours for the sale of alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the consumption of alcohol on the premises during the first 1/2 hour after any terminal time by persons taking table meals there, if the alcohol was supplied for consumption as ancillary to the meal.
Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with Operating Schedule
Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied on the premises otherwise than to persons taking table meals there and for consumption by such a person as an ancillary to his/her meal.
Provided that:
alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except to persons taking table meals at the premises and for consumption by such persons as an ancillary to a meal
the above restrictions on the hours for the sale of alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the consumption of alcohol on the premises during the first half hour after any terminal time by persons taking table meals there, if the alcohol was supplied for consumption as an ancillary to the meal.
