Annex 1 Mandatory Conditions
Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol
1 No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:-
a at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence,
or
b at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
2 Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Annex 2 Conditions consistent with Operating Schedule
Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. The licence holder shall ensure that the premises are fitted with an alarm system, panic buttons and CCTV system with recording facilities.
2. The licence holder shall ensure that all staff receive ongoing training and records of all training will be kept.
Public Safety
3. The licence holder shall ensure all staff receive training, as appropriate, in fire safety procedures and the use of fire safety and fire fighting equipment.
Prevention of Public Nuisance
4. The licence holder shall ensure that staff are trained to deal with issues of public disorder and what measures are required to prevent nuisances.
5. The licence holder shall ensure that waste bins are provided on the forecourt.
Protection of Children from Harm
6. The licence holder shall ensure that staff are trained fully with regards to the responsible sale of alcohol with refresher training and all training is recorded.
7. The licence holder shall ensure that the ‘Challenge 21’ proof of age scheme is in operation at the premises.
8. The licence holder shall ensure that an under age sales refusals system and refusal book are in operation at the premises.
