ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS WITH THE OPERATING SCEDULE
As detailed in the Operating Schedule submitted with the licence application on 13/01/2009.
a.
General - all four licensing objectives
•
The business operates as a convenience store sited on a Petrol Station forecourt trading 24 hours under the Costcutter Express retail format.
•
The business will supply a range of fresh foods, dairy products, confectionary, drinks and tobacco products.
•
Parking is available for customers on the forecourt.
•
The licensee will ensure the staff are properly trained.
b.
Prevention of crime and disorder
•
The business will have an alarm system with panic buttons, and CCTV system with recording facilities.
•
Staff will receive ongoing training and records of training will be kept.
•
The premises will operate “Challenge 21” and/or any other appropriate proof of age scheme.
c.
Public safety
•
The Staff will receive training, as appropriate in fire safety procedures and the use of fire safety equipment and fire fighting equipment.
d.
Prevention of public nuisance
•
The business will provide staff with training to deal with issues of public disorder and measures required to prevent nuisances.
•
The business will provide waste bins on the forecourt.
e.
Protection of children from harm
•
The business will provide staff with a full alcohol training regime and ongoing recorded alcohol training and refresher training.
•
The Challenge 21 trading initiative will be operated.
•
The business will operate an under age sales refusals system and refusals book.
