Annex 1 Mandatory Conditions
Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol
1 No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:-
a at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence,
or
b at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
2 Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied on the premises otherwise than to persons residing thereof their private friends bona fide entertained by them at their own expense, and for consumption by such a person or his private friend so entertained by him either on the premises or with a meal supplied at but to be consumed off the premises.
There shall be afforded in the premises for persons provided with board and lodging for reward, adequate sitting accommodation in a room not used or to be used for sleeping accommodation, for the service or substantial refreshment or for the supply or consumption of alcohol.
To persons taking table meals there and for consumption by such a person as an ancillary to his meal.

The Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. The licence holder shall ensure that in order that the local neighbourhood is not disturbed by noise, the volume and control of any noise shall be such that it is not audible at the boundary of the nearest noise sensitive premises. Such control may include the adjustment of volume of both amplified music and public address systems, closure of doors and windows during an event, the use of noise control cut off devices and/or the introduction of sound insulation.
2. The licence holder shall ensure that the noise is monitored by the licence holder or his/her representatives to ensure compliance at reasonable frequencies during an event. The monitoring shall be logged and made available to the Licensing Authority at its request.
