Annex 2 Conditions consistent with Operating Schedule
General
1. The customer area is supervised by staff & has CCTV cameras.
2. Disabled facilities to be provided including dropped kerbs in car park; 2 double entrance doors, hearing loop system and toilet.
Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. The provision of 5 CCTV cameras recording the customer seating area, drive-thru lane & windows; front counter and rear door.
2. Panic buttons to each till & in managers office.
3. Dining area to be locked at 23:30 and operating only via the drive-thru area.
Public Safety
1. Health & Safety certificates retained in resturant area.
2. The Manager will conduct regular checks on all fire & safety equiptment as required by appropriate professional bodies.
3. Regular mopping of floors in addition to the cleaning of spillages with approved chemical balance & using wet floor signage.
4. Emergency training given to all staff at induction and reviewed every 6 months.
Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. Deliveries restricted to between 07:00 and 09:00 hours on Monday, Wednesday & Fridays.
2. Litter patrols are conducted every day as and when required to car park and other surrounding areas until dark. Resturant rubish collections are made twice per week.
Protection of Children from Harm
1 No customer is permitted to consume alcohol on the premises or to have any open alcohol containers on the premises.
2. Toilet checks on regular basis for clenliness & appropriate useage.
