  Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol

   

  1              No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:-

               

                a              at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence,

  or

                b              at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  2              Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

  General

  1.              The licence holder shall ensure parking is available for customers on the forecourt.

   

  Prevention of crime and disorder

  2.              The licence holder shall ensure that the premises have an alarm system with panic buttons, and CCTV system with recording facilities.

  3.              The licence holder shall ensure that all staff receive ongoing training on all aspects of the business and records of training are kept.

  4.              The licence holder shall ensure that the “Challenge 21” and/or any other appropriate proof of age scheme is in operation at the premises.

   

  Public Safety

  5              The licence holder shall ensure that all staff receive training, as appropriate in fire safety procedures and the use of fire safety equipment and fire fighting equipment.

   

  Prevention of Public Nuisance

  6.              The licence holder shall ensure that waste bins are provided on the forecourt.

   

  Protection of Children from Harm

  7.              The licence holder shall ensure all staff have full alcohol training, with ongoing recorded alcohol training and refresher training.

   

  8.              The licence holder shall ensure that an under age sales refusals system is in operation with a  refusals book.
