Annex 1 Mandatory Conditions
Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol
1 No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:-
a at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence,
or
b at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
2 Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

General

a The Licence Holder shall ensure that CCTV installed will be covering the licensed areas.
b The Licence Holder shall ensure that by allowing longer periods to purchase and drink alcohol after the show we would hope to eliminate any binge drinking culture and promote sensible drinking.
c The Licence Holder shall ensure that any one under the age of 21 will be challenged and asked to show his/her ID.
d The Licence Holder shall ensure that portman/citizen scheme and photo ID purchases will be advertised.
Capacity numbers to the venue will not be increased.
e The Licence Holder shall ensure that they will fulfil all requirements of licensing such as adequate staffing, copyright, safeguarding of children and First aid provision.
d The Licence Holder shall ensure that all fixtures and fittings are tested as per statutory and legal requirements and insurances held.
f The Licence Holder shall ensure that local neighbours and residents are shown respect and urge patrons to be quiet when leaving late at night.
g The Licence Holder shall ensure that by being a late night provision in a quiet evening area and acting as eyes and ears for suspicious behaviour in the locality.

Protection of Children from Harm

b The Licence Holder shall ensure that they work closely with the licensing officer for children in entertainment to enforce through our producing companies good practice in looking after children.
c The Licence Holder shall ensure that with child patrons they never expose children to anything they should not be exposed to.
d The Licence Holder shall ensure that children are never sold tickets for unsuitable perfomances and we operate a challenge 21 scheme for alcohol.
e The Licence Holder shall ensure that any adult who appears to be buying alcohol on behalf of children are challenged and refuse to serve them and are extremely vigilant in tackling any type of anti social behaviour in any of our public spaces.
f The Licence Holder shall ensure that several members of our staff are licensed as chaperones so we can comfortably look after lost children, or act to protect children from harm in exceptional circumstances.
