Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol
1 No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:-
a at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence,
or
b at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
2 Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with Operating Schedule
Conditions transferred from the justice’ licence upon conversion
1. There shall be no off sales
2. There shall be no applications for occasional licences
3. There shall be rules of the club
4. Any amendment or change in the Club Rules shall be notified to the Licensing Committee and to the police within 21 days of the Rules being amended.

Additional Conditions
In order to ensure that the local neighbourhood is not disturbed by noise, the volume and control of any noise shall be such that it is not audible at the boundary of the nearest noise sensitive premises. Such control may include the adjustment of volume of both amplified music and public address systems, closure of doors and windows during an event, the use of noise control cut off devices and/or the introduction of sound insulation.
The noise shall be monitored by the licence holder or his/her representatives to ensure compliance at reasonable frequencies during an event. The monitoring shall be logged and made available to the Licensing Authority at its request.
