Annex 1 Mandatory Conditions
Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol
1 No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:-
a at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence,
or
b at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
2 Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Annex 2 Conditions consistent with Operating Schedule
SALES
Alcohol shall not be sold in an open container or be consumed in the licensed premises.
Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. The DPS shall ensure all staff are fully trained in the legislation covering the appropraite sale of Alcohol to customers; including that alcohol may mot be sold to underage persons or persons who appear drunk.
2. The DPS shall ensure notices on the operation of the Challenge 25 Scheme and the refusal of sales of alcohol to underage persons to be displayed on the premises in places wher customers may view them.
3. The DPS shall ensure the premises operates the Challenge 25 Scheme.
4. Appropriate CCTV systems will be installed on the premises and the images retained for 31days unedited; recorded images will be avalible to the police and other appropriate authorised Officers of the Local Authority upon properly made request.

Public Safety
5. The DPS shall ensure the premises is subject to regular and ongoing risk assessments including those required for fire risk for the premises.
6. The DPS shall ensure all fire safety equiptment is maintained and certified in accordance with required Fire Service conditions.
Protection of Children from Harm
7. The DPS shall ensure the premises operates the Challenge 25 Scheme; maintains appropriate restricted sales policies and refusals books.
