Annex 1 Mandatory Conditions
Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol
1 No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:-
a at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence,
or
b at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
2 Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Annex 2 Conditions consistent with Operating Schedule
SALES
Alcohol shall not be sold in an open container or be consumed in the licensed premises.
Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. A suitable CCTV system will be installed and maintained in good working order.
2. The DPS will ensure that all staff will be trained in the requirements of the Licensing Act; and in particular relating to the refusals of sales of alcohol underage and drunk persons.
Public Safety
3. A fire safety riskassessment will be carried out on a regular basis.
Prevention of Public Nuisance
None.
Protection of Children from Harm
4. The premises will operate the "Challenge 25" sales scheme requiring proof of age.
5. The premises will operate a refusals book for alcohol sales.
