Annex 1 Mandatory Conditions
Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol
1 No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:-
a at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence,
or
b at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
2 Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
3. The premises licence holder shall ensure that an age verification policy applies to the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol.
The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and a holographic mark.
Annex 2 Conditions consistent with operating schedule
Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1 The licence holder shall install and maintain CCTV on the premises and make recordings available to the Police or Responsible Authority upon request.
Public Safety
2 The licence holder shall ensure that all Health and Safety Regulations are adhered to and fire risk assessment kept up to date.
Prevention of Public Nuisance
3 The licence holder shall ensure that regular checks are carried outside the shop and make sure people do not linger outside the premises.
4 The licence holder shall ensure that notices are displayed advising customers to leave the premises quietly.
Protection of Children from Harm
5 The licence holder shall operate a refusals book which will be available upon request to the Police or an officer of one of the Responsible Authorities.
6 The licence holder shall operate the ‘Challenge 25’ Proof of Age Scheme.
7 The licence holder shall ensure that notices are displayed advising customers that is illegal to purchase alcohol on behalf of another person where that person is underage.
Annex 3 Conditions attached after a Hearing of Licensing Authority
Hearing of Licensing Sub Committee to determine application on 14 November 2012
accepted conditions proposed by applicant and his representative and are attached to this licence as per the operating schedule above.
