Annex 1 Mandatory Conditions
Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol
1 No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:-
a at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence,
or
b at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
2 Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
3 The premises licence holder shall ensure that an age verification policy applies to the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol.
The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and a holographic mark.
Annex 2 Conditions consistent with Operating Schedule
Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. CCTV Cameras will be installed and maintained in working order
2. Security Shutters and a burgler alarm will be fitted and maintaind in working order
3. All Staff will receive trainning on underage sales, Challenge 25, and other matters relating to alcohol sales
Public Safety
None.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
4. Litter bins will be provided outside the store
5. Groups of people will not be alowed to congregate inside or outside the store, and staff will be trained on how to deal with any groups which may gather
The Protection of Children from Harm
6. Challenge 25 will be operated by the store, and id requested from any person appearing to be under the age of 25 to the staff
7. An incident log will be maintained
