Annex 1 Mandatory Conditions
Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol
1 No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:-
a at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence,
or
b at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
2 Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Annex 2 Conditions consistent with operating schedule
SALES
Alcohol shall not be sold in an open container or be consumed in the licensed premises.
Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1 The licence holder will have a comprehensive written organisational policy which is implemented throughout the buisness and where necessary and appropriate training will be supplied to staff. Legal, Security, Health & Safety and other professional advice is avalible to all staff members provided via the Head Office
2 The company operates the Challenge 25 policy and all relevant staff are trained to accept appropriate forms of ID.
3 The store will display appropriate signage and use a till prompt system to require the cashier to confirm the purchaser is over 18 years of age when an are related sale is scanned.
4 The premises will have a digital CCTV system installed and maintained at the premises, enabling surveillance if the entrances/exits and till point areas. Recordings will be retained for 28 days and made avalible to the Police on reasonable request (the retention period is set to provide optimum picture quality from the CCTV system).
