Annex 1 Mandatory Conditions
Where premises licence authorises the exhibition of films:-
1 Where the film classification body is specified in the licence, unless subsection 2(b) applies, admission of children must be restricted in accordance with any recommendation made by that body.
2 Where
a) the film classification body is not specified in the licence, or
b) the relevant licensing authority has notified the holder of the licence that this subsection applies to the film in question,
admission of children must be restricted in accordance with any recommendation made by that licensing authority.
3 In this section -
“children” means persons aged under 18; and
“film classification body” means the person or persons designated as the authority under section 4 of the Video Recordings Act 1984 (c.39) (authority to determine suitability of video works for classification).
Annex 2 Conditions consistent with Operating Schedule
As per operating schedule supplied as part of the application made on 13/07/2008
1. Operate child protection policy
2. Bond to be paid by all hire groups against damage

Hall well illuminated (internal & external)
4. Burglar Alarm installed

5. Hire groups informed of potential noise and nuisance hazard to local residents when leaving the building

6. Fire alarm installed
7. Disability access and Loop hearing system installed
8. All health and safety legislation implemented
Protection of Children from Harm
9. Existing child protection policy
10. All hire groups given copy of child protection policy
Annex 3 Conditions attached after a Hearing of Licensing Authority
