supply of the alcohol, and \par \pard\cbpat2\ltrpar\fi-731\li1440 (iii) V is the rate of value added tax chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the value added tax were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol; \par \pard\cbpat2\ltrpar\fi-709\li709 (c)\tab \ldblquote relevant person\rdblquote means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a premises licence- \par \pard\cbpat2\ltrpar\fi-720\li1440 (i)\tab the holder of the premises licence, \par (ii)\tab the designated premises supervisor (if any) in respect of such a licence, or \par (iii) \tab the personal licence holder who makes or authorises a supply of alcohol under such a licence; \par \pard\cbpat2\ltrpar\fi-720\li720 (d) \ldblquote relevant person\rdblquote means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a club premises certificate, any member or officer of the club present on the premises in a capacity which enables the member or officer to prevent the supply in question; and \par (e)\tab \ldblquote valued added tax\rdblquote means value added tax charged in accordance with the Value Added Tax Act 1994. \par \pard\cbpat2\ltrpar\par \pard\cbpat2\ltrpar\fi-720\li720\qj\b 5\b0 \tab Where the permitted price given by Paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 would (apart from this paragraph) not be a whole number of pennies, the price given by premise has internal and external CCTV cameras. The CCTV system will be registered in accordance with the Data Protection Act and will be capable of continuously recording. Copies of such recordings shall be kept for a period of not less than 31 days and handed to a Police Constable or Authorised person upon request. The system shall be maintained in working order and recordings will be made for each trading period conducted at the premise.\par \pard\ltrpar\qj\b\par Public Safety\par \b0\par \pard\ltrpar\fi-720\li720\qj\b 2\b0\tab The licence holder shall comply with the requirements of the Health and Safety legislation and have a fire risk assessment in place.
