supplied on the premises before the cessation of the period in which the responsible person is authorised to sell or supply alcohol), or \cf0\par \cf1 (ii) drink as much alcohol as possible (whether within a time limit or otherwise); \cf0\line\cf1 (b) provision of unlimited or unspecified quantities of alcohol free or for a fixed or discounted fee to the public or to a group defined by a particular characteristic (other than any promotion or discount available to an individual in respect of alcohol for consumption at a table meal, as defined in section 159 of the Act); \cf0\par \cf1 (c) provision of free or discounted alcohol or any other thing as a prize to encourage or reward the purchase and consumption of alcohol over a period of 24 hours or less; \cf0\par \cf1 (d) provision of free or discounted alcohol in relation to the viewing on the premises of a sporting event, where that provision is dependent on- \cf0\par \cf1 (i) the outcome of a race, competition or other event than where that other person is unable to drink without assistance by reason of a disability).\cf0\par \cf1\b 5.\b0\tab The responsible person shall ensure that free tap water is provided on request to customers where it is reasonably available.\cf0\par \cf1\b 6.\b0\tab The premises licence holder shall ensure that an age verification policy applies to the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol.\cf0\par \pard\nowidctlpar\li720\qj\cf1 The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and a holographic mark.\cf0\par \pard\nowidctlpar\qj\cf1\b 7.\b0\tab The responsible person shall ensure that-\cf0\par \pard\nowidctlpar\li1440\qj\cf1 (a) where any of the following alcoholic drinks is sold or supplied for consumption on the premises (other than alcoholic person\rdblquote means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a premises licence- \par \pard\cbpat2\fi-720\li1440\qj (i)\tab the holder of the premises licence, \par (ii)\tab the designated premises supervisor (if any) in respect of such a licence, or \par (iii) \tab the personal licence holder who makes or authorises a supply of alcohol under such a licence; \par \pard\cbpat2\fi-720\li720\qj (d) \ldblquote relevant person\rdblquote means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a club premises certificate, any member or officer of the club present on the premises in a capacity which enables the member or officer to prevent the supply in question; and \par (e)\tab \ldblquote valued added tax\rdblquote means value added tax charged in accordance with the Value Added Tax Act 1994. \par \pard\cbpat2\qj\par \pard\cbpat2\fi-720\li720\qj\b 9.\b0 \tab Where the permitted price given by Paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 would (apart from this paragraph) not be a whole number of pennies, the price given by that sub-paragraph shall be taken to be the price actually given by that sub-paragraph rounded up to the nearest penny. \par \par system with a minimum of 31 days recording capability is installed on the premises. The CCTV will be in accordance with Police recommendations. All CCTV recordings shall be available to local Police immediately upon request.\par \pard\qj\par \pard\fi-709\li709\qj\b 2\tab\b0 The licence holder shall ensure that all members of staff shall be trained to deal with suspicious customers efficiently. \par \par \pard\qj\b Public Safety\par \b0\par \pard\fi-709\li709\qj\b 3\tab\b0 The DPS will be responsible for conducting a Fire Risk Assessment and a Health and Safety Risk Assessment for the premises. \par \pard\li709\qj\par \pard\fi-705\li709\qj\b 4\tab\b0 The DPS shall ensure the premises are operated in line with the Health and Safety Act; and any Environmental Health issues will be the responsibility of both the Licence Holder and the DPS.\par \b\par 5\tab\b0 The licence holder shall ensure that all notices in relation to public health and safety will be displayed at the premises.\par \pard\qj\par \b Prevention of Public Nuisance\par \b0\par \pard\fi-709\li709\qj\b 6\tab\b0 The licence holder and the DPS shall monitor the external premises area in relation to any anti-social behaviour or public nuisance.\par \par \b 7\tab\b0 The licence holder shall ensure the premises will only accept trade deliveries or rubbish collections during normal working hours.\par \b\par 8\tab\b0 The licence holder shall ensure that any deliveries or collections are dealt with in a timely and prompt manner to reduce risk of nuisance.\par \b\par 9\tab\b0 The DPS shall monitor the exterior of the premises to ensure litter is kept to a minimum.\par \b\par 10\tab\b0 In the event of any anti-social behaviour inside and outside the premises the DPS will make any CCTV recordings available to the local Police immediately.\par \pard\qj\par \b Protection of Children from Harm\par \b0\par \pard\fi-709\li709\qj\b 11\tab\b0 The DPS shall be responsible for ensuring all staff working within the premises will be fully trained and aware of the \ldblquote Challenge 25\rdblquote rule.\par \par \b 12\tab\b0 The restaurant will only accept valid forms of identification such as photo driving licence, passport and Home Officer approved ID cards displaying the national proof of age standard scheme (PASS) hologram.\par \par \b 13\tab\b0 All customers who look under the age of 25 shall be challenged to prove their identity when purchasing alcohol.\par \pard\li720\sa200\sl276\slmult1\qj\par \pard\fi-709\li709\qj\b 14\tab\b0 The licence holder shall ensure the premises clearly displays material advertising the \ldblquote Challenge 25\rdblquote policy, such as posters.\par \pard\li720\sa200\sl276\slmult1\qj\par \pard\fi-709\li709\qj\b 15\tab\b0 The premises shall have a refusals register and all refusals by any member of staff shall be recorded and the register made available to Responsible Authorities on request for inspection.\par \pard\qj\par \b Annex 3\tab Conditions attached after a Hearing of Licensing Authority\par \b0\par None.\par \par \b Annex 4\tab Plans\par \b0\par See attached.\par \par \par } "
