Annex 2 Conditions Consistent with Operating schedule
Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1.
The licence holder shall install CCTV on the premises which records at all times. Upon request from an Authorised Officer the images will be made available.
Public Safety
2.
The licence holder shall ensure that all fire risk assessments are kept up to date and in place.
3.
The licence holder shall ensure all fire fighting equipment is maintained and certified.
Prevention of Public Nuisance
4.
The licence holder shall ensure that the premises is kept clean and tidy and all rubbish is cleared away on a regular basis.
5.
The licence holder shall ensure that groups of young people/gangs are asked not to congregate inside or outside the premises.
Protection of Children from Harm
6.
The licence holder shall ensure that no children are allowed on the premises unsupervised after 23.00
