ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS WITH THE OPERATING SCEDULE
General - all four licensing objectives
1. The business will serve food on and off the premises.
2. Alcohol will be delivered with takeaway meals off the premises only
.
Prevention of crime and disorder
1. The licence holder shall ensure the business will not employ any staff unless they have been properly trained in those aspects of their job which may have an impact on crime and disorder.
2. The licence holder shall ensure training will consist of dealing with angry customers and how to respond if a crime or anti-social behaviour is witnessed.
3. The licence holder shall ensure there are bins provided inside the shop.
4. The Licence holder is a member of the Rotherham Licence Watch scheme
5. The licence holder will ensure there are alarms at the front and back of the premises along with alarmed steel shuttering and they are kept in a serviceable condition.
Public Safety
1. The licence holder will ensure there is a CCTV camera installed in the front of the building that has 100% coverage of the business and will be kept in a serviceable condition.
2. The licence holder will ensure that all staff and owners of the business will have appropriate training to include first aid, to secure the safety of the premises and that of the customers.
3. The licence holder will ensure there are no dangerous items including knifes, glass containers or bottles left within easy reach of customers at night.
4. The licence holder will ensure the business has certification and regular testing where appropriate, of fire fighting equipment, procedures, appliances, and systems pertinent to safety.
5. The licence holder will ensure the design and layout of the premises allows for easy escape in case of emergency/fire and exits will be free of “clutter”
Prevention of public nuisance
1. The licence holder will ensure all customers respect the need to arrive and leave quietly.
2. The licence holder will ensure there are regular checks made outside the premises in respect to litter so there is no offence caused to people passing the premises.
3. Being a member of Rotherham Licence Watch the licence holder is aware of the British Beer and Pub Associations guidelines - Licensed property: Noise Control: Effective Management of Noise from Licensed Premises.
4. The premise has an extractor fan as well as front window fluorescent lighting.
5. The licence holder will ensure that no person who is or appears to be inebriated will be served alcohol.
6. There is seating available within the premises.
7. Any delivery of food with alcohol will be served via a specially adapted vehicle which has a metal grill where food and alcohol will be dispensed to customers.
8. The licence holder shall ensure the vehicle is fitted with a CCTV camera, all transactions shall be recorded and the camera will be kept in a serviceable condition.
Protection of children from harm
1. The licence holder will ensure all suitable and sufficient measures to protect children from harm are taken
2. There is no gaming or gambling machines on the premises.
