Annex 2 Conditions consistent with operating schedule
1. The licence holder shall install and maintain a comprehensive CCTV system that:
a) covers all entry and exit points to and from the premises; and
b) enables frontal identification of every person entering the public area of the premises, in any light condition.
2. The CCTV system installed at the premises shall continually record whilst the premises is open for licensable activities and during all times when customers remain on the premises.
3. All CCTV recordings shall have a date and time stamp and shall be retained a minimum period of 31 days.
4. CCTV recordings shall:
a) be made available immediately upon request of the Police or authorised officer; and
b) a staff member conversant with the operation of the CCTV system, who is able to recover and CCTV footage, shall be on the premises at all times when the premises is open to the public.
5. An incident log shall be kept at the premises, and made available on request to an
authorised officer or the Police .
6. The manager , or their representative, shall join and local neighbourhood schemes and liaise with the police.
7. Home deliveries shall only be carried out by in-house employees of the business
8. The drivers of vehicles used for home delivery must switch of their engines and wait inside the premises for the collection of food for delivery.
9. All staff will be required to arrive and depart the premises quietly, so as not to cause disturbance to nearby residents.
10. A Notice asking customers to have consideration for local neighbours shall be displayed at the entrance/exit to the premises.
11. The contact details of the premises manager shall be clearly displayed so that people living with the vicinity can contact then with any concerns.
12. All waste generated by the operation of the business shall be properly presented and placed out for collection no earlier than 30 minutes before the scheduled collection times. Waste will not be left outside at any other time.
13. Throughout the day, and at the close of business, staff shall carry out a litter pick of the area immediately outside of the premises; and that each litter pick is recorded.
14. Prominent signage indicating permitted hours for the late night refreshment shall be displayed so as to be visible before entering the premises.
15. The premises will comply with all relevant fire and health and safety requirements.
16. Staff will receive training on fire, health & safety, and food safety requirement, together with the terms, conditions, and restriction of this licence. Training records shall be maintained and made on request to an authorised officer or the Police .
17. The Premises Licence, or a certified copy, shall be kept at the premises and shall be produced for viewing upon request of the Police or authorised officer.
18. The summary of the Premises Licence shall prominently displayed at the venue where it can be easily read by anyone wishing to do so.
