Annex 1 Mandatory Conditions
Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol
1 No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:-
a at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence,
or
b at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
2 Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with Operating Schedule
Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. The licence holder shall be a member of Licence Watch.
2. The licence holder shall ensure members of staff are trained to look out for use of drugs on the premises and ensure that they are aware of reporting procedures should evidence of drug use is found.
Public Safety
None.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
3. The licence holder shall ensure that notices are displayed asking patrons to leave the premises quietly.
4. The licence holder shall ensure that the outside area is monitored to ensure that patrons of the premises do not cause disturbance to local residents.
The Protection of Children from Harm
None.
