• Annex 1                              Mandatory Conditions

   

  Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol

   

  1              No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:-

               

                a              at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence,

  or

                b              at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  2              Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

   

• Annex 2              Conditions consistent with Operating Schedule

   

  Prevention of Crime and Disorder

   

  1.              The licence holder shall ensure that CCTV camera installed at the premises are maintained and in working order at the premises at all times.

  2.              The licence holder shall ensure that a door locking system is in place at the premises using fob keys and a security firm visits the premises every evening.

   

  Public Safety

   

  3.              The licence holder shall ensure that a company specialising in Health and Safety visit the premises on a regular basis.

   

  Prevention of Public Nuisance

   

  None

   

  Protection of Children from Harm

   

  4.              The licence holder shall ensure that a policy is in place to ensure that all children are fully supervised by parents/guardians.

  1.              The licence holder shall ensure that patrons do not cause security problems by leaving the premises by the front door for the purposes of smoking.
