  Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol

   

  1              No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:-

               

                a              at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence,

  or

                b              at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  2              Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

• Annex 2               Conditions consistent with Operating Schedule

   

  General

   

  1              The licence holder shall ensure that a safety management plan is in place which includes a hazard and risk assessment plan and emergency action plan copies of which will be distributed in advance of the event to all emergency services.

   

  Prevention of Crime and Disorder

   

  2.              The licence holder shall ensure that there is adequate supervision by event marshalls on the premises of persons attending the event and any               persons who act in a disorderly manner are asked to leave the site.

  3.              The licence holder shall ensure that marshalls are in direct contact with each other by two way radio/mobile phones and with central control.

  4.              The licence holder shall ensure that the police are called if necessary to deal with any incidents that may occur.

   

  Public Safety

   

  5.              The licence holder shall ensure that there are an adequate number of marshalls in place at the premises to manage the crowds present.

  6.              The licence holder shall ensure that a public address system is in operation in order to advise persons present of any safety announcements/instructions.

   

  Prevention of Public Nuisance

   

  Protection of Children from Harm

   

  7.              The licence holder shall ensure that there is marshalling in place to ensure that the child protection policy used to safeguard unaccompanied children is adhered to.
