Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with Operating Schedule
General
1 The licence holder shall ensure that assessment, employee safety, accident report and health and safety policies and manuals are available for inspection on site.
Prevention of Crime and Disorder
2 The licence holder shall ensure that a CCTV system is in operation at the premises at all times.
3 The licence holder shall ensure that the management team at the hotel hold regular meetings to discuss security and all aspects of licensing in relation to the hotel.
4 The licence holder shall ensure seven days written notice is given to South Yorkshire Police of any occasions (limited to twenty per annum) where an additional hour for the provision of regulated entertainment is required.
5 The licence holder shall ensure that seven days written notice is given to South Yorkshire Police when the premises which to be open for licensable activities to show the broadcast of televised sporting events of national or international interest outside normal operating hours. The notification shall include the opening times sought and the sporting event that is to be shown.
Public Safety
6 The licence holder shall ensure that there are a number of first aiders on duty at all times.
7 The licence holder shall ensure that all exit doors are regularly checked and all fire doors are maintained unobstructed and effectively self closing and all fire fighting equipment is regularly checked to ensure they function correctly.
8 The licence holder shall ensure that an evacuation policy is in place that is to the satisfaction of the fire authority and all staff are trained in fire an emergency evacuation procedures.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
9 The licence holder shall ensure that doors and windows are not kept open.
10 The licence holder shall ensure that doors and windows are kept closed during the time that entertainment takes place at the premises.
11 The licence holder shall ensure that non residents of the hotel who maybe attending events are asked to leave the premises quietly to avoid disturbance.
The Protection of Children from Harm
12 The licence holder shall ensure that no persons under the age of 18 are allowed in the bar area and areas in which alcohol and music and dancing are taking place.
