Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol
1 No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:-
a at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence,
or
b at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
2 Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Annex 2 Conditions consistent with Operating Schedule
Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. The licence holder shall ensure that a CCTV system is operational at all times when the public are on the premises and images are retained for a minimum period of 28 days and shall be handed to the Police on request as soon as possible
Public Safety
None.
Prevention of Public Nuisance
2. The licence holder shall ensure that windows and doors remain closed except for access and egress during live music entertainment.
Protection of Children from Harm
3. The licence holder shall ensure staff are training includes details of offences relating to the supply of alcohol in particular to under 18’s.
4. The licence holder shall ensure that the ‘Challenge 21’ scheme is in operation at the premises.
Annex 3 Conditions attached after a Hearing of Licensing Authority
1. The licence holder shall ensure that clear, legible public notices are displayed at all exits requesting customers to have respect for the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and area quietly.
