Annex 1 Mandatory Conditions
Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol
1 No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:-
a at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence,
or
b at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
2 Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Annex 2 Conditions consistent with Operating Schedule

1 No intoxicating liquor shall be supplied other than to:
a A member of the club who has been a member for at least two days or whose nomination was made at least two days before his admission, or
b A guest of such a member bona fide entertained by him at his expense.
2 No intoxicating liquor shall be supplied for consumption off the premises except to a member in person.
3 There shall be rules of the club for the election of members and a copy of such rules and any other rules shall be deposited at Rotherham MBC Licensing Section and the Chief Superintendent of Police at Rotherham. Notice of any alteration to in any of the rules shall be given to Rotherham MBC Licensing Section and the Chief Superintendent of Police within fourteen days of any such alteration.
4 A list of names and addresses of all members of the club shall be kept on the premises and produced on demand for inspection by a constable in uniform.
5 No occasional licences may be applied for.
6 A bona fide member shall not introduce more than three guests on any one occasion.
7 Persons under 18 years of age shall not be admitted to membership of the club or as a guest.
Provided that the restrictions on the hours for the sale of alcohol do not prohibit or restrict:
a The consumption of alcohol on the premises during the first twenty minutes after the terminal time;
b The taking of alcohol from the premises during the first twenty minutes after any terminal time unless the alcohol was sold or is taken away in an open vessel;
c The consumption of alcohol on the premises during the first half hour after any terminal time by persons taking table meals there, if the alcohol was supplied for consumption as an ancillary to their meals.
d Such of the other exceptions as section 63 of the Licensing Act 1964 (as if the same were here set out) as are properly applicable to the premises according to the use and occupation of the premises.
