Annex 1 Mandatory Conditions
Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol
1 No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:-
a at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence,
or
b at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
2 Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Mandatory conditions where the licence authorises the exhibition of films
3 Where the film classification body is specified in the licence, unless subsection 4(b) applies, admission of children must be restricted in accordance with any recommendation made by that body of this Certificate.
4 Where
(a) the film classification body is not specified in the licence, or
(b) the relevant licensing authority has notified the holder of the licence that this subsection applies to the film in question,
admission of children must be restricted in accordance with any recommendation made by that licensing authority.
5 In this section -
"children" means persons aged under 18; and
"film classification body" means the person or persons designated as the authority under section 4 of the Video Recordings Act 1984 (c.39)(authority to determine suitability of video works for classification).

Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. The licence holder shall ensure that there is no audible music at the premises boundary.
2. The licence holder shall ensure that no live bands whilst the marquee is in use.
3. The licence holder shall ensure that a noise limiter is installed and used at all times when the marquee is used for functions requiring music.
4. The licence holder shall ensure that the noise limiter is installed by a qualified electrician and is to such a level that ensures that no music is audible at the boundary.
5. The licence holder shall ensure that the noise limiter is set using the resident DJ who must be used for all events, should any other DJ be required he must be made aware of the noise limiter and must be plugged into this unit at all times.
6. The licence holder shall ensure that the noise limiter is set in conjunction with an officer from Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council this should be organised with the Neighbourhood Enforcement Team on an evening.
