Annex 1 Mandatory Conditions
Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol
1 No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:-
a at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence,
or
b at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
2 Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

Provided that the above restrictions on the hours for the sale of alcohol do not prohibit or restrict:
1. the consumption of alcohol on the premises during the first twenty minutes after any terminal time.
2. the taking of alcohol from the premises during the first twenty minutes after any terminal time unless the alcohol was sold or is taken away in an open vessel.
3. such of the other exceptions at section 63 of the Licensing Act 1964 (as if the same were here set out) as are properly applicable to the premises according to the use and occupation of the premises.
