Annex 1 Mandatory Conditions
Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol
1 No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:-
a at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence,
or
b at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
2 Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with Operating Schedule
Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. The licence holder shall ensure that excess alcohol stock is kept in a locked room.
2. The licence holder shall ensure that CCTV is installed internally and externally at the premises.
3. The licence holder shall be a member of Licence watch.
Public Safety
None.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
4. The licence holder shall keep rubbish bins and glass refuse at the rear of the premises away from public access.
The Protection of Children from Harm
5. The licence holder shall ensure that staff are trained in asking for proof of age where required and the ‘Challenge 21’ proof of age scheme is in operation at the premises.
6. The licence holder shall maintain a refusals book where details of persons refused sale of alcohol are recorded.
