Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol
1 No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:-
a at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence,
or
b at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
2 Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

Annex 3 Conditions attached after Hearing of Licensing Authority
1. The licence holder shall ensure that the sound of entertainment, including public entertainment by way of music and singing only which is provided solely by the reproduction of recorded sound, shall not be audible at any pint between the south east corner of 33 St Stevens Drive and the south west corner of 35 St Stevens Drive.
Additional conditions following Review Hearing on 10 September 2007
2. To exclude regulated entertainment by way of live music and provision of facilities for entertainment of a similar description from the scope of the licence until such time as a noise limiter was installed at the premises and was operating to the satisfaction of Environmental Health.
3. The licence holder shall ensure that all doors and windows are kept closed during the provision of regulated entertainment by way of live music and provision of facilities for entertainment of a similar description.
