a) General - all 4 Licensing Objectives
1 - Are an approved British Insitute of Inn-keeping examination centre - with written training policy and formal training programmes in place to ensure all staff can meet all licensing objectives.
2 - Review all training and revision/refresher materials regularly to reflect the requirements of the Act.
3 - Operate the "Think 21" Policy in the store, and bring it to the attention of any customer purchasing alcohol at the point of sale checkout. To ensure Think 21 materials are displayed at point of sale checkouts and wherever alcohol is displayed in the store
4. Have a central alcohol compliance manager and operate a compliance committee
