Annex 1 Mandatory Conditions
Where premises licence authorises the sale of alcohol:-
1 No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence
a) At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
b) At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
2 Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

Annex 3 Conditions attached after a Hearing of Licensing Authority
1. To apply thresholds to all doors.
2. To install a Perspex partition in the roof space to divide the top hall from the main hall.
3. To provide heavy lined curtains to external doors.
4. To secondary double-glaze all windows.
5. To relocate the disposal bins in the car park to the point that is furthest distance away from The Barn.
The period during which the above conditions are to be implemented is a period of four months [from the date the notification was issued].
