Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol
1 No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:-
a at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence,
or
b at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
2 Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with Operating Schedule
Provided that the restrictions on the hours for the sale of alcohol do not prohibit or restrict:
the consumption of alcohol on the premises during the first twenty minutes after any terminal time
the taking of alcohol from the premises during the first twenty minutes after any terminal time unless the alcohol was sold or is taken away in an open vessel
the consumption of alcohol on the premises during the first half hour after any terminal time by persons taking table meals there, if the alcohol was supplied for consumption as an ancillary to their meals
such of the other exceptions at section 63 of the Licensing Act 1964 (as if the same were here set out) as are properly applicable to the premises according to the use and occupation of the premises

The Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. The licence holder shall ensure that in order that the local neighbourhood is not disturbed by noise, the volume and control of any noise shall be such that it is not audible at the boundary of the nearest noise sensitive premises. Such control may include the adjustment of volume of both amplified music and public address systems, closure of doors and windows during an event, the use of noise control cut off devices and/or the introduction of sound insulation.
2. The licence holder shall ensure that noise is monitored by him/herself or his/her representatives to ensure compliance at reasonable frequencies during an event. The monitoring shall be logged and made available to the Licensing Authority at its request.
