Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol
1 No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:-
a at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence,
or
b at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
2 Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

Additional Conditions
The permitted hours of entertainment shall be from 2000 to 2300 hours Monday to Saturday, with no entertainment permitted on Saturdays or Bank Holidays
Music noise emanating from the premises shall be inaudible on the footpath on the South side of the Worksop road opposite the premises, except with prior written approval of the Local Authority.
Doors and windows shall be kept closed throughout all events.
The noise shall be monitored by the licence holder or his/her representatives to ensure compliance at reasonable frequencies during an event. The monitoring shall be logged and made available to the Licensing Authority at its request.
No alterations to the external walls, facades, windows, doors, roof or any opening of the building shall be undertaken (including the closing or removal of openings) without the prior written approval of the Local Authority.
