Annex 1 Mandatory Conditions
Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol
1 No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:-
a at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence,
or
b at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
2 Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Annex 2 Conditions consistent with Operating Schedule

Occupancy: 200 persons
ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS
1. The licence holder shall ensure that the striptease/pole/lap dancing shall be given only by the performers/entertainers and the audience must remain fully clothed.
2. The licence holder shall ensure that the performance must not be visible from the street.
3. The licence holder shall ensure that except with the consent of the council no external advertising of the striptease/pole/lap dancing shall take place at the premises or in its immediate vicinity (within 440 yards of the premises)
4. The licence holder shall ensure that all performers shall be aged 18 or over.
5. The licence holder shall ensure that when the premises are open for striptease /pole/lap dancing no person under the age of 18 shall be allowed on the premises.
Lap dancing
6. The licence holder shall ensure that customers must be informed prior to lap dancing commencing of the following rules:-
a. No touching must take place during dances.
b. Customers must remain seated during dancing.
c. Customers must leave the area as soon as the dance as finished.
7.The licence holder shall ensure lap dancers must not:-
a. Dance for longer than 1 minute when completely undressed.
b. Sit on customer’s laps (dry ride)
8. The licence holder shall ensure that on completion of the dance, dancers must:-
a. Ask the customer to leave the area immediately.
b. Dress themselves immediately.
c. Dancers must not leave the dance area in a state of undress.
9. The licence holder shall ensure that if requested by a customer for a further dance the dancer must:-
a. Put their undergarments back on.
b. Receive payment only by way of dance tokens.
Pole dancing
10. The licence holder shall ensure that pole dancers must not:-
a. Entice customers onto the dancing podium.
b. Remove their lower undergarments. (Dancers may dance topless)
c. Interfere with their undergarments in such a way as to show their genitals.
d. Receive gratuities other than in their garter belts or by hand.
11. The licence holder shall ensure that sex toys are not used and penetration of the genital area by any means must not take place.
12. The licence holder shall ensure that dancers do not solicit, exchange addresses or telephone numbers with customers or liaise with customers off the premises.
13. The licence holder shall ensure that when dancers leave the premises they are escorted to their cars or taxi by another staff member.
14. The licence holder shall ensure a minimum of 4-registered door staff will be used when the premises are open.

Prevention of Public Nuisance
15. The licence holder shall ensure that in order that the local neighbourhood is not disturbed by noise, the volume and control of any noise shall be such that it is not audible at the boundary of the nearest noise sensitive premises. Such control may include the adjustment of volume of both amplified music and public address systems, closure of doors and windows during an event, the use of noise control cut off devices and/or the introduction of sound insulation.
16. The licence holder shall ensure that noise is be monitored by the licence holder or his/her representatives to ensure compliance at reasonable frequencies during an event. The monitoring shall be logged and made available to the Licensing Authority at its request.
17. The licence holder shall ensure that the swing doors between the tap room and lounge to be locked at 11 pm
