Annex 2 Conditions consistent with Operating Schedule
Prevention of Crime and Disorder
11. The licence holder shall ensure that a CCTV system will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times whilst the premises are open. The CCTV images will be stored for 30 days and police and authorised officers of the council will be given access to images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. Members of the management team will be trained in the use of the system.
2. The certificate holder shall ensure that the door person on duty checks all persons wishing to enter the premises who are not members and ensures that they are signed in by the host member or apply to be members as per the club rules.
3. The certificate holder shall ensure that all staff are instructed not to admit or serve members who behave in a drunk and disorderly manner and any misconduct issues are dealt with under the club rules.
4. The licence holder shall ensure that the Challenge 21 scheme must operate including a refusals log, signage and the maintenance of staff training records.
5. The licence holder shall ensure that an incident and refusal book maintained such records to be retained for at least 12 months and available for inspection on request.
6. The licence holder shall ensure that staff will receive training on matters concerning underage sales, drugs policies, and operating procedures. Records of such training will be kept and made available for inspection of the authorities.
7. The licence holder shall ensure that where appropriate, prominent, clear and legible notices shall be displayed at all exits requesting the public respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and area quietly.
8. The licence holder shall ensure that whilst it is considered that for the nature of the operation door supervisors will not be required however, a risk assessment will be undertaken should unusual events takes place and if they consider it appropriate will employ the same.

Prevention of Public Nuisance
12. The certificate holder shall ensure that signage is displayed near exits requesting members and guests to respect the needs of local residents.
13. The certificate holder shall ensure that recorded music is played all reasonable steps are taken to avoid disturbance to neighbouring properties.
14. The certificate holder shall ensure that all windows are closed during all performances.

Public Safety

Protection of Children from Harm
16. The certificate holder shall ensure that children are only admitted into the children’s room and are accompanied by an adult.
17. The certificate holder shall ensure signage is displayed prohibiting the supply of alcohol to persons under the age of 18.
18. The certificate holder shall ensure that all young adults who wish to apply for membership at the club provide proof of age before being given membership.
