Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with Operating Schedule
Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. The licence holder shall ensure that all staff are trained in how to deal with angry and aggressive customers.
2. The licence holder shall be a member of Rotherham Licence Watch.
Public Safety
3. The licence holder shall ensure that there is regular testing (and certification where appropriate) of fire fighting equipment, appliances and systems pertinent to safety.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
4. The licence holder shall provide litter bins outside the premises.
5. The licence holder shall ensure that notices are placed on the premises asking customers to respect the need to arrive and leave the premises quietly.
The Protection of Children from Harm
None.
