Annex 1 Mandatory conditions
Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol
1 No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:-
a at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence,
or
b at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
2 Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with Operating Schedule
General
1. The licence holder shall ensure that the sale and supply of alcohol shall be restricted to people attending organised public or private functions at the licensed premises where the sale and supply of the alcohol is ancillary to such functions.
2. No sale or supply of alcohol shal be made for consumption off the premises.
3. That there should be no applications for occasional licences to enable the sale of alcohol at premises other than the licensed premises.

The Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. The licence holder shall ensure that in order that the local neighbourhood is not disturbed by noise, by ensuring all glazing to rooms where entertainment takes place shall be non-opening and with acoustic glazing.
2. The licence holder shall ensure that all doors and windows to rooms where entertainment takes place shall be self-closing and kept closed whilst the premises as in use, except when used for entry or exit purposes.
3. The licence holder shall ensure that all mechanical ventilation serving the rooms where entertainment takes place shall incorperate acoustic baffles.
