Annex 1 Mandatory Conditions
Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol
1 No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:-
a at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence,
or
b at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
2 Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

Reduced Hours on Licence and Attached Conditions

Conditions to be attached to licence.
No alcohol (in any type of container) is permitted to be removed from the inside of the premises at any time.
To obtain and fit a limiter on the sound equipment which is to be set in conjunction with an Environmental Health Officer of the Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council and for that item to be tamper proof.
In addition the Designated Premises Supervisor is removed from the licence.
Note:
The limiter on the sound equipment is to be obtained, delivered and fitted in conjunction with an Environmental Health Officer and by mutually agreed appointment on or before the 27th February 2010. The owner of the premises will maintain a regular contact with the Community Protection Unit, Enforcement Officer, over the delivery and fitting arrangements for the sound limiting equipment.
