Annex 1 Mandatory Conditions
Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol
1 No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:-
a at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence,
or
b at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
2 Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Annex 2 Conditions consistent with Operating Schedule
Justices' on licence conditions on conversion
1. No alcohol shall be sold or supplied othewise than to:
a. a member of the Dinnington Snooker Centre who has been duly elected to membership after an interval of at least 48 hours between proposal for membership and election.
b. Any bona fide guest of such member, admitted in accordance with the rules of the Snooker Centre.
c. Members and officials of visiting sports teams and their spouses.
d. Any employee of the proprietor of the Snooker Centre.
e. Any person attending the premises as a participator or spectator at an exhibition match sponsored or organised by the proprietor.
2. A list of members shall at all times be maintained on the Snooker Centre premises.
3. A copy of the Snooker Centre Rules shall be deposited with the Clerk to the Licensing Justices and the Chief Constable. Notice of any alteration in any of the rules shall be given to the Clerk within 14 days.
4. There shall be no sale of supply of intoxicating liquor for consumption off the premises.
5. There shall be no application for the grant of occasional licences.
6. No person under the age of 18 years shall be admitted to the premises at times when the Club is open for the sale of intoxicating liquor.
