Annex 1 Mandatory Conditions
Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol
1 No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:-
a at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence,
or
b at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
2 Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with Operating Schedule
Occupancy: 340 persons
General
1. The licence holder shall ensure that the centre is not open to general customers only the function room is available by private advanced bookings.
2. The licence holder shall ensure that room bookings are made via the full time receptionist and coordinated with the centre manager.
3. The licence holder shall ensure that bookings are not accepted from persons under 18 years of age.
4. The licence holder shall ensure that bookings are made within the terms and conditions of the centre and a copy of these will be given to all persons making bookings.
5. The licence holder shall ensure that all Friday and Saturday Night events are ‘private parties’ and are all pre booked.
Prevention of Crime and Disorder
6. The licence holder shall ensure that CCTV images are retained for download for four days after an event.
Public Safety
7. The licence holder shall ensure that adequate numbers of staff are in attendance at all functions.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
8. The licence holder shall ensure that In order to ensure that the local neighbourhood is not disturbed by noise, the volume and control of any noise shall be such that it is not audible at the boundary of the nearest noise sensitive premises. Such control may include the adjustment of volume of both amplified music and public address systems, closure of doors and windows during an event, the use of noise control cut off devices and/or the introduction of sound insulation.
9. The licence holder shall ensure that the noise shall be monitored by the licence holder or his/her representatives to ensure compliance at reasonable frequencies during an event. The monitoring shall be logged and made available to the Licensing Authority at its request.
10. The licence holder shall ensure that 30 minutes before closing the centre exits/entry doors are changed to one way exit only.
11. The licence holder shall ensure that customers leaving the building near to closing times are monitored by staff.
12. The licence holder shall ensure that notices are displayed by all exit doors asking for noise to be kept to a minimum
The Protection of Children from Harm
13. The licence holder shall ensure that no children only events are operated by the centre.
14. The licence holder shall ensure that children are only permitted on the premises whilst under adult supervision.
15. The licence holder shall ensure that the ‘Challenge 21’ scheme is in operation at the premises.
